We teach authentic Astanga yoga, following the tradition handed down to us by Sri K Pattabhi Jois and their family in Mysore, South India. Most of our classes are taught in the traditional Mysore style. This enables us to tailor the practice to the unique needs and situations of every person. Students are guided through a series of postures that gradually expand and re-awaken inner strengths and capabilities. Many of our students have been part of our studio for years.
