I have over twenty years experience as a baker, practising and perfecting my craft at some of Christchurch's best establishments such as Under The Red Verandah, The Vault, and the Canterbury Cheesemongers. I bake with seasonally available quality ingredients, sourcing locally where possible to support the Canterbury region.
